Apart from that the beds are comfortable. The rooms are quiet in terms of street noise, but the internal walls are very thing and you will need ear plugs otherwise you can hear every conversation and movement in the corridor. "Ours was an overnight stay to see a show. Though basic our room was clean and tidy, and the bed comfortable. For the money it was excellent value and very close to the railway station. Our room was on the third floor, and there are no lifts. Be aware of this if you have heavy luggage. We had a shared bathroom and though it was clean and tidy, there was no hot water. Not all rooms have air-conditioning which is reflected in the price. We'll certainly stay there again, but for overnight stays...
