"This inn's bath tub looked somewhat gross having black marks on the bottom. I got a room in the second floor requiring me to carry luggage all the way to the end of the building to access stairway and dragged them back to the front due to the building layout. The reception staff could use more training to be welcoming. The morning coffee was actually good but the office wasn't open until 7AM."
"I missed not having a light breakfast. There was an advertisement for breakfast buffet up the street for $14.95. Rooms are small but clean. Parking is extremely tight. The staff was friendly and polite."
"Lobby is very uninviting. Looks cheap. In order to get ice, needed to go to office where they reach in a chest freezer and gave ice from store bought ice bags, bnaged on concrete and poured some in the container.
Room smelled of deodorizer. Bathroom was clean but if it was remodeled it was done very cheap.
I would not stay at this hotel again."
"The place is pretty. The beds are OK, the pillows, not so much. I was pleasantly surprised at breakfast, it is better than most. We didn't have tv the first night, they came and fixed, but once you turned it off, it wouldn't work again so we just didn't have it the rest of our stay."

"The bed was very comfortable. Although the hotel was full it was very quiet. Shower was powerful and plenty of hot water, much appreciated after 10 miles of hiking. The hotel is close to everything in West Yellowstone; groceries, restaurants, museums, gift shops. Staff was helpful at all times of day, thank you."

"The location was about 30-45 minutes away from the West-Yellowstone Entrance, Once we found the location, the check In was very cute ! In a Tent ! The receptionist was very friendly and because there was a chance of RAIN the weather was forecasted to be in the cold 50’s so we rented a portable small Heater wth 2 propane tanks, each tank is to last about 6 hrs.
