"The rooms are clean, though the area is very humid and rooms felt damp. The complimentary breakfast is quite good, typical Colombian food, hot chocolate or coffee. The view from points around the hotel property are spectacular. The hotels outside of Salento appear better than this inn town and the property is only a short drive from town. "Ecoparadise is located in a rural area of Pereira so if you dont have a car, you are pretty much far from stores, restaurants etc. There is a restaurant on site that serves delicious Colombian food. The staff is very attentive and are always available. The cabin is beautiful and having your own pool was the highlight! Very peaceful surroundings. Great place to get away and just relax!"

"After having a confirmed and paid for reservation , upon arrival at the hotel the incompetent front desk clerk could not find my booking ! As I began discussing his incompetence in using his phone , computer he got flustered and called the police..!!! After showing the police my confirmed res and paid visa receipt they took my side and nearly arrested the ignorant clerk. "
