"Worst so called hotel ever,wouldn’t deem it fit for prisoners. Firstly took over an hour to access as there’s no staff on site despite claims there is staff. Smashed tv with broken glass,kettle didn’t work and kept switching off,no smoke alarm,huge crack in the outside pane of the window,hole in the bathroom door, the room was beyond freezing,shower didn’t work,uncomfortable bed full of springs,pillows paper thin,and no proper duvet just a paper thin shiny sheet. "Hotel - very comfortable,safe & relaxing Staff are friendly welcoming & helpful Location is excellent on North Drive- great for walking , close to cafes/ bakery/ pub,bustop. "

"Room spacious, condiments & bedding dirty, shower head kept coming off, needed extra pillows, bed was really low and showed dirty marks on sheets etc, couldn’t get a breakfast, staff were rude when asked for more pillows etc and asking why questions. "

"Clean room. Lights were a little too bright if there was any (small!) criticism. Lovely comfortable bed. Good night's sleep. Everything well kept."
