"The property is a little dated BUT the staff and cleanliness made up for it. I can tell they’re working hard to make it better. The receptionist’s was very friendly and made absolutely sure if I needed anything to let her know that made me feel special. I will definitely stay there again and I will recommend it to other people."

"Check-in was quick and easy, but unfortunately we found roaches crawling on the table in our first room. We informed the front desk, and the employee handled it professionally by checking the room and quickly moving us to another one. The second room was cleaner and we did not see any bugs, although there were still some maintenance issues like stained sheets and damage to the walls. Overall, the staff was helpful, but the hotel definitely needs better upkeep and pest control."

"My family and I choose this hotel due to it was close to the boat ride we got early check in due to the ride being over earlier than we thought after checking in one of my family members room was not ready and stayed with her daughter until the room became available, they took very to check her into her it has been hours after the original check in time. She ended up going down to see what was going on well the staff member seemed to have a very unpleasant attitude and some world were said not...
