"Room was tiny , only one plug socket next to the bed , no other sockets in the room . I had wanted a cheap hotel to stay near Gatwick airport but for £10 extra you can stay at premier inn across the road which is x100 nicer . I wouldn’t stay there again ."
"Stayed here for one night while on route to Gatwick airport. The place was clean, tidy and comfortable. It is easily accessible by public bus but the hotel does offer pick up and drop off service for an additional cost. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and there is a beautiful restaurant next to reception where you can grab a tasty Indian! Would recommend staying here and will come again the next time I fly out from Gatwick 😊"
"Same room as last year. Very noisy from road at front. Found staff had opened window a foot behind closed curtain! Bedside light too dim to read by. Comfy bed. Food excellent bed no room left in restaurant for booked guests - time arrived restaurant already full. Will be back next year as close to Ardingly College meeting venue."
"Its a budget hotel in Thornton Heath if you want a romantic getaway or a London family holiday look elsewhere but if you just want a cheap hotel, for a night or two - by a station and/or walkable to Selhurst Park, this certainly does the job
Bed was comfy. The room, and also the shared bathroom were clean. Room temperature fine. Had no issues with WiFi, although TV in my room didnt seem to work."
"The room was not clean, the food was disgusting and the place was loud all hours with drunk men and school trips. Only positive was that the bar lady was nice"
"No contact from the hosts whatsoever with access details. Made countless phone calls to them...no answer!
Very annoyed, had to book a hotel at last minute which was extra expense which we didnt need!
Warning ⚠️ DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT!!"
"Beautiful room, comfortable bed, big size compared to most accommodations. Responsive customer service, but miscommunication with the information provided by Expedia and the property. No room cleaning and change of bedding. The common area wasn't very clean either, but they always provided coffee, tea, milk and cereal.
Silence most of the time, I had a long stay and only one day there was a problem with a smoker. The management solved the issue promptly and safely."
