"I was very disappointed in my room. There were basically NO amenities except for 2 small botlles of body lotion and a small bottle of shampoo. There was not a single bar of soap in the bathroom and no plastic cups or glasses to use for drinking. No wash clothes either just hand towels and bath towels. The TV did not work. "Clean room. Didn’t see much staff. Front desk was monitored from a back room with no one present at concierge desk. Breakfast was adequate. I figured out how to get a good cup of coffee on day 3 (one expresso and one coffee—directions would be helpful, and if there needs better placement."
