"I liked that the beds were comfortable and the only room noise was the air conditioner. That was "white noise," so it was easy to sleep through. What I could not hear at all was the 24 hour noise of Times Square, which was great! During the day the hotel lobby and public areas were filled with construction, which was inconvenient and unsightly, but not impossible. All staff, including the construction workers, were very helpful, friendly, and courteous. My only BIG complaint: the downstairs...
