"The room was clean and comfortable outside was pretty well maintained. Rate was good for what offered sign on pool said had to get permission to use from staff which is weird. Only thing I got to say is I booked for 2 days had to leave due to family emergency asked for refund on 2nd night no response back from staff I guess I was brought up with more business sense on customer service it’s not like they were sold out far from it So if ur looking for place to sleep this place is...

"Easy quick check in and out, very very polite staff. Everything so clean and well maintained. Pool, hot tub, courtyard, gym, all were great. Breakfast was wonderful, loved the pancake maker and selection. Will definitely stay again when in the area."

"The floors are dirty if you're going to walk, barefoot I don't know why they're not kept up. No ice machine working. Door needs to have a seal at the bottom. It's really open to any kind of insects/lizards that can possibly walk-through. Breakfast wasn't too bad basic continental. It's good for a day or two stay."

"I paid for hotel in full is Expedia & had the receipt from Expedia on my phone the front desk associate told me I needed to pay for the room again the love bugs are in piles all over the hotel there should be some kind of process to address this"

"Overall, the room was clean and the staff was helpful. Location was okay as well. The biggest concern which is now the 2nd time staying Quality Inn in Gainesville with the same experience is the smell of mold and humidity in the room. The AC unit pumps this smell all night and this is now the second time that we get stick from staying at a Quality Inn in Gainesville because of this awful smell and air quality."
