"Room was extremely clean, perhaps the cleanest hotel room ive been in to date. Across the street from Birch Run Premium Outlets as well as a few great restaurants. My upgraded suite room was cheaper than the suites at competing hotels. Bed wasn't the most comfortable, but that is the only negative thing that I have to say about the hotel room. "

"This hotel had an amazing value. For the price, it was comfortable, clean, well-equipped with amenities and a solid breakfast, spacious, and convenient. The towels and linens were all bright white and new-looking. The staff was very friendly and accommodating."

"Yes, it’s an older hotel and desperately needs renovation. However, not at all like what was described in earlier reviews. Clean, comfortable. Did the job for a place for a weary traveler to rest before carrying on. Would recommend, but keep your expectations low."
