"The overall stay was good, the only thing I didn’t like was that we tried getting in contact with the owner of the apartment and he never responded. The cable in the room for the TV wasn’t working and we tried getting in contact everyday from since we came. Another thing was the cleaning service. No one came to give us new towels, throw garbage etc etc.. we had to do cleaning service ourselves, throw away our own garbage and keep having to wash the towels. "AVOID! a HUGE hassle. This is a group somewhere in Spain, two days before send an email with many mistakes asking to send your ID to them. I don't want to send my ID to strangers! Then you MUST download an app to get the info you need. Then they can’t send you a text msg and I need to call them. They give you ONE key due to "security reasons". "Terrible stay, we found trash from previous guest in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Called for help , they didnt even send somebody to clean it up. Then they moved us to a second apartment, tv screen was broken. They changed it after 2 days. We got a chance to go back to our countries because we got stranded in miami because of the corona virus, they said they could not refund the days we had left.TERRIBLE DONT SATY HERE"
