" We stayed in Roatan for 30 days. Our first impression of the place was the building looked nice. The inside was OK but what they outfitted the place with was horrible, the cheapest stuff you could possibly buy. Yes it did work but we got a good laugh every time we had to use anything. The first three nights a huge tree keep banging into the side of the house with the slightest breeze. The oven didn't work and we ran out of propane. The nice repair guy told us it was broke and no repairs were...

"Location was excellent. 1/2 block up from main road with all restaurants, etc. Road is a dirt road which can be muddy. As anywhere in the area you did have to keep an eye on your surroundings with some of the people around."

"Where to begin…the room was dirty, old, broken. There was loud music till 2 am. The shower was a glorified tap. There was no warm water. The only thing we liked was the AC. I stayed in many hostel type places in the past. This one topped the list of the absolute worst. Do yourself a favor and do NOT stay here. "

"This property is older and needs some maintenance. It is next to 2 nice bar/restaurants. The cruise ships bring tourists here so it gets busy midday. This is a good spot for the price if you need a night prior to a flight or ferry"

"This is a great house. Kitchen has the basics to cook a meal (we cooked 5 nights there). The beds are comfortable. The screened in porch is great to use in the morning (hotter in the afternoon). It has a tv that has netflix etc on it. Or you can bring a firestick with express vpn on it (so it looks like you are in the US) and watch your own streaming services.
