"Leider waren wir von unserem Aufenthalt eher enttäuscht, da die Bilder etwas anderes versprochen haben. Das Personal war zwar freundlich, wirkte aber insgesamt nicht besonders serviceorientiert.
Das Zimmer machte leider keinen besonders guten Eindruck. Die Fenster waren deutlich verschmutzt und wiesen teils Risse auf. Besonders unangenehm war die Klimaanlage: Sie war extrem laut und verbreitete einen unangenehmen Geruch. Gerade bei den heißen Temperaturen war an erholsamen Schlaf dadurch kaum...
"The hotel is wonderfully located, and the rooms are very spacious, updated, and clean. The operators are very responsive on WhatsApp, and very helpful. The self check in at the kiosk is a little clunky, but it is overall very straightforward."

"A very pleasant stay in Zizkov for a reasonable price. A good location too, with a restaurant and other shops very close by. The tram stop is just across the road, so very easy to get into the city centre, plus the television tower is a short distance away too.
A friendly reception team with excellent English makes this very attractive for tourists.

"Better than expected. Clean room, nice amenities, great breakfast and polite staff. Its mainly a youth place, so some noise can be expected, but thats not a bad thing. It makes it lively and the location is great too."
"Die Zimmer waren sauber und zweckmäßig, das Personal immer hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war gut und reichlich, wurde immer aufgefüllt. Es gibt ein kleines Parkhaus, welches gegen Gebühr genutzt werden kann. Die Einfahrt ist aber sehr eng."
