"This is a small modest hotel only a five minute walk from the Termini Station. The rooms are fairly small but attractive in an old-fashioned way (flowery wallpaper and bedspreads). The breakfast is brought to your room every morning at an agreed-upon time. The staff couldn't be more nice and helpful. Unless you're looking for a multi-starred accommodation, this is a good choice. There's quite a nice restaurant directly across the street, by the way"
