"The property is not located where advertised. It claims to be 1 minute away from the waterside theatre and therefore not far from the train station. This was very important to me and my wife who were travelling with several heavy bags and needed to be very close to both and this is the exact reason we booked it. However, it turns out it’s around 25 minute walk away from the theatre! As a result, we had to take a couple of Ubers back and forth and thought it only fair the host covers the cost...

Blinds in a bad state and would not close properly. Kitchen ceiling vent filthy as was the extractor over the cooker. Floor in very repair with hole in surface and edges curling up. Light under kitchen units - only one working. Oven shelves and pans dirty. No dishwashing liquid. Clock in lounge not working. Bathroon shower head ...

"Some issues with the property, including rubbish left in the garden, missing kitchen knives and ants in the property, and some issues with the wi-fi. However, the host was quick to rectify these issues, and did so promptly, sending a cleaner to clean and remove rubbish, as well as providing kitchen knives and sorting out the wi-fi.
