"The room appeared clean. However, I like to wipe everything down with antibacterial wipes and upon doing so, the bathroom shelves were very dirty. We were there 4 nights and had zero housekeeping. Even after requesting it they still didn’t come. Our trash was overflowing and we ran out of toilet paper. Our room key went bad twice but was quickly resolved after 2 additional trips downstairs."

"I've stayed here several times in the last few years and love the place. I love the location and area around it with multiple places to eat and the staff is always friendly and very helpful. Why I didn't give five stars on everything was because it sounded like something was loose in the AC which made it hard to sleep. I'm sure if I would have reported it they would have gave us a different room but I was too tired and already unpacked and set up my wife's oxygen she needs. Next time I will...
