"호텔스닷컴 오랜 유저로 왠만해서는 귀찮아서 리뷰 안남기는데 이호텔은 꼭 남기고 싶음. 4성급 호텔이라는데 고객응대는 2성급. 호텔스닷컴에서 예약후 호텔에 요청/변경사항으로 백방으로 몇일을 호텔에 직접 연락해도 절대 연락안됨. 호텔스닷컴 직원들도 호텔에 메일 전화 둘다 연락해봐도 확인안한다고 함. 도착해서 얘기하니 코로나 거리두기 변경때문에 모든 부서가 통화중으로 바빠서라는데 막상 호텔 도착해서보면 프런트, 식당, 웰니스클럽등 절대 전화 울리지 않고 있고 직원들은 자기들끼리 잡담중이고 도착하기전 고객들만 조급한마음으로 여러곳에 예약하려고 전화하는 시나리오. 예약후 호텔에 변경, 예약할 사항이 전혀 없다면 별로 문제되지 않지만 사실 이 숙소에 머무는 이유는 웰니스 프로그램 사용 이유도 큰데 프로그램센터에 연결 자체가 안되고 다시 연락 받을 번호조차 남기지 못하게 되으니 도착해서 예약하려고 하면 관심있는 프로그램은 모두 마감. 시설은 깔끔하고 웰니스에 포커스를 둔것은 마음에...
