"Fiquei hospedado(a) por uma noite em vosso hotel e gostaria de registrar minha insatisfação com alguns pontos que comprometeram bastante a qualidade da minha estadia.
Primeiramente, o barulho da rua era extremamente incômodo, tornando muito difícil conseguir descansar adequadamente. Seria importante que o hotel investisse em melhor isolamento acústico, principalmente nos quartos voltados para a rua.
