"My husband and I travel a lot in the UK and around the world. I always take people's opinions into consideration when I book a hotel, but this time I didn't. We always had an excellent time when we stayed at the BestWestren, but unfortunately in Lake George, this hotel was terrible. The rooms are poor and not clean. The pool is quite not clean The toilets don't work properly. In short, it is not recommended to go to this hotel."

"Even though the room was clean and tidy, I'm only giving it an ok because the wifi was just about worthless. We are from NYC and have T-Mobile and that wasn't working either, so we kind of had to leave the property to send texts and make calls. Other than that, everything was perfectly fine. We could've used a few more towels and an extra blanket, but there was a pretty nice outdoor pool and the AC and TV were good. Overall it was a good value and I would've been giving a good or very good...

"We went to dinner on Friday and lunch on Saturday and they were out of a lot of things on the menu. Ex: chicken wings, clams. Parking is a problem, not sure if they have enough spots for each room. The staff at the desk and restaurant were not the friendliest and service was slow at the restaurant. Pool section and beach was very nice."

"Our family stayed for two nights. The bed was comfortable and staff was friendly. Couple of complaints: door was loud when closing, key card barely worked and water drain was slow. The staff was noted but nothing changed."
