"It was a great experience, I thought it was going to be just ok because of the price, but it was a lot better than I expected, the staff was very friendly, breakfast was ok, no very much to choose from, but it was fine and abundant. But the reason I am giving five stars is because of the cleanliness , the room was spotless!!! "To be candid, I was a little unsure whether to stay, but I am delighted I did. It is a very convenient location with no shortage of places to eat and close to everything else, too. The room was refurbished recently and spotless. For the price, it could not be beat. The daily housekeeping service was a real surprise, especially since most hotels are still only offering it every two to three days."

Also their website says breakfast but no breakfast and the restaurant that's attached to the building is permanently shut down. So it doesn't have all the features u are expecting. But I'd stay again based on the room and price. "

King size kitchenette was spacious, nice natural lighting, cutely decorated and had all the essentials! A/C cold perfect for FL. "This is a gem of a place on a fantastic beach. Wildlife abounds including ospreys, gopher tortoises and sea turtles. We had room 10 with a view over the roof. We loved the calmness of the place and never left for 5 days. We stocked up with food and drink beforehand and loved the beach scene. An amazing location."

"This place was clean and the location on the island was good because walking distance to bars and boat ramp. Just know there is nobody from the hotel on site except when we checked in on Friday. We really didn't need anyone and I believe there was a contact phone number if we did. The place was clean and roomy.
