The staff is always helpful and will accommodate almost any hotel request you might have, I can't speak highly enough about the staff at this location. They have made many improvements over the past couple of years and those improvements have been very welcomed. If you are looking for a convenient, safe, and quiet location Super 8 in Gas City checks all those boxes. "

"Horribly scary elevator & they know its bad on third floor, when i mentioned on checkout. It looked like blood on wall by tub. Public hair in bathroom. "

"The room was clean but needed some updates, the air works great and the beds were wonderful. The staff was overall friendly, they also had a very nice breakfast. "

"It was nice & pleasant stay & the hot breakfast was even better. The cleaning person did an excellent job cleaning the room. However, the management need to do some quality maintenance check, our room #305 bed ceiling has very bad wide leak stains & the sheer white curtain has bad stain & was torn or slit. Just need changing the white sheet curtain & the ceiling needs quick painting for the next guest. Other than that it was quiet & the bed was very comfortable. "

"A little different checking in with a remote person and a machine, but I have to say that Palmer was very nice and the machine dispensed all information, room card and receipt very well. First time I had a credit card charged $25 for incidentals up front with the promise to refund it later. Normally, the card is held in case it is needed. So far, my stay is good. "
