"The hotel was perfect just for a place to crash for the night but I do feel that I did not get a room that was worth what I paid. $250 a night is pretty steep for the fingerlakes area especially when everything seemed pretty dated. Other than the issue of cost, it was perfect for staying the night after a wedding at belhurst. I also appreciated how clean the entire property was. Being welcomed by the smell of bleach and cleaning products always makes me feel more comfortable. "

"Our stay was nice. The room was clean but the bathroom is small. Front desk staff were both very nice and helpful. Slim pickings for breakfast. "

"When we arrived we were informed that there would be a wedding on the main patio and it would be closed for the afternoon through 7:30. That was disappointing. On Sundays the bar is closed (the day we arrived). Also, because of the wedding that day and a large group the next day we could not get food there at all Sunday and only after 7:30 that night. Many good choices in town though. When the bar was open I asked for the drink, “Sex on the Beach”. The bartender refused to make that drink...

"The advertising and photos were accurate but we were very surprised to find there was no vineyard but instead a very busy and loud traffic intersection all day and night. That said, the motel and room were modern and comfortable."

"They installed a very large deck with chairs and fire pits (instead of replacing the pool that needed a large investment)to watch the view of the lake and sunset. "
