"Unfortunately, this location did not honor the official ESA documents provided for both of our dogs and insisted on charging a fee for one of them anyway. This puts them completely out of compliance with established ESA accessibility laws. To make matters worse, when we got into the room, the bed sheets literally had blood on them. Charging illegal fees while failing basic health and cleanliness standards is completely unacceptable. We will not be staying here again."

"The pictures that this place for there ad are far beyond false. Driving up there were people doing drugs out front. Weeds and trash everywhere, and horrible asphalt. The lobby was okay, staff was polite. The room was dingy and damp with a smell of bleach. The door was stuck trying to open it in to the room. They didn’t have a remote for the TV, which they said they could find. There was a huge crack across the entire ceiling with falling paint from it. Not to mention other dark marks all over...

"Don’t recommend breakfast."

"It was average at best. The bed was very lumpy and squishy, and my room didn’t have a microwave or refrigerator (some rooms didn’t have them due to renovations). It was fine, but if I come back, I will stay somewhere else, even if I had to pay more money."

"The room wasn’t clean, moved to another room and it has bed bugs. We were told we couldn’t speak to a manager. We were told the only number they could give us was the number to the hotel itself. There is a homeless encampment just outside the hotel parking lot. It’s not a clean place, or a safe place to be."
