"Best short term rental experience I’ve ever had! The house was pristine with everything you could possibly need for your stay. There was even a bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival! The beach is a short distance down from the dunes. You have to be able to climb up and down a sandy hill to reach water. But once you’re down, you can walk all the way over to the Pelican Brewery and the Kiwanda Sand dune. "

"This property is exactly as described in the listing. It has been recently remodeled. The bed was so comfortable. The house was clean and had all the amenities you could hope for. It is within walking distance to downtown Tillamook. I would definitely stay here again. "

"isolation was great, property management helped TV issues. I would get a different cable provider, our entertainment was playoff baseball, dish TV was difficult to watch with the equipment we had. TV gets an F."

"I can’t recommend the room we stayed in. Maybe others are better. The bedroom has no ventilation and its only openable window is three feet from the external staircase for guests. So it was continually startling to be woken up by other guests. So, bring ear plugs and a fan. I give it two stars because the view is beautiful but lack of sleep was very hard. If you are a sound sleeper this might be better for you."
