"لما قام الفندق في الغاء الحجز وسحب مني قيمه اليوم الاول "

"We were able to check in early, they even upgrade our room to a suite, which was beautiful with the balconies looking out. They were so nice and accomidating with everything, they even took our butter from France and froze it for us until we checked out! The room was great, clean and so much space. "Goed voor een nacht"

"An absolutely fantastic stay – highly recommended! We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. The location is fantastic, and the reception and public areas are beautifully presented, modern and welcoming. Our room was beautiful, spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom had lovely decor, the TV was great, and the lighting was excellent. I particularly appreciated the adjustable room temperature. "الفندق ممتاز وموقع ممتاز "

"Staff in the reception was very unrespectful !"

"Beautiful building but studenty type accommodation. Practical but not very cosy room. Restaurant and roof terrace was closed on our trip. Also important to know that they withdraw a lump sum out of your bank and hold as a deposit which was strange as no mini bar in room."

"Clean quiet room and great variety at breakfast buffet"

"Parking was easy, staff were really lovely on check in. Room was comfy and fit 2 adults and 2 children nicely. Breakfast was delightful- lots to choose from and the ability to make mimosas was too good to pass up on! As we left, the children asked when we’d be back!"

"Alles sehr gut. Sehr gutes Hotel für eine Städtereise."

"Excellent"

"Front desk and restaurant staff were very polite and welcoming. They have fresh gluten free options and they showed their appreciation with a small chocolate box and cookies. Thank you so much for your hospitality!"

"مرقع الفندق ممتاز ومطل جميل على القناة المائية وتعامل الموظفين والخدمة ممتازة "
