"Great apartment, nice and warm with a fan if you need to cool down, lovely view from the apartment, our host was very helpful to us, 44 bus route to haymarket and edinburgh centre was directly outside our door, the room was clean and comfortable, shower was easy to operate and any other people in rooms below us were all quiet and considerate of us and eachother would recommend! "

"Poorly maintained, master bedroom door handle was on top of the cupboard and the shower hose leaks. Not enough electrical sockets to provide power to laptop and lights. Furniture was a bit uncomfortable. Bed was very squeaky. Overall adequate for its purposes and met expectations. Wifi details provided were incorrect, but its on the hub so managed. TV was only usable with youtube as its the only service available that didn't require signing in. No live digital channels available. ...

"Got upgraded into a suite in an off site location due to utility problem at main venue and this meant we lost out on breakfast apparently, which considering we were cycling to Inverness the next day was a bit of a blow."

"Good location for my work visit to the west of the city. Flat was cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Parking on the road outside was always possible, although sometimes took a bit of searching for a spot. A bit of road noise at the front of the property, but quiet in the bedroom which was at the back."
