"There is no air conditioning even though the property is advertised as having one. The day I stayed was extremely hot, very hard to sleep when it is so hot and humid. The shower and sink were clogged. The sheet had a stain. I couldn’t contact anybody from the hotel. They dont respond to emails, calls or whatsapp. I would not stay there again"
"An outstanding location, about 20 stairs from the plaza and cathedral. Tons of great restaurants and bars within a 10 minute walk. Parking can be confusing, requiring a couple of laps to get it right. Our room, 1003 I believe, effectively had no A/C and no ventilation, so it stayed 76F(27C) all night. They brought us a fan to move the hot air around."
"I really liked this place! My room was spacious and bright, there was a little fridge, a comfy bed, a suitcase rack (that's rare on the Camino), and plenty of towels and hangers. The hotel has a garden, laundry machines, and an area with tables and a microwave where you can have your takeaway."
"It was the tiniest room I’ve ever stayed in. I’m talking smaller than small (with nowhere to even put a suitcase). Also the reception is one street away, in an entirely different hotel, which wasn’t clear in the reservation. The stairwell is also tiny, so unless you’re a backpacker you’ll have trouble with your luggage. Honestly I’ve stayed in hostels that were 10 times nicer and more comfortable. After checking out (on the other street…), the front desk was kind enough to call me a taxi. But...
