Although their English was on par with my French, we managed with humour and good grace. They were prepared to get up early and make a breakfast before I left. I had to keep my rental car for an extra day, went to 3 hotels before I could get a place to stay. "This Riad is Amazing! It is run by Abdul and his daughter Miriam who watch over every detail. Abdul did all the design when they bought two roads that he combined into one, and refurbished into one amazing Riad. His daughter Miriam selected all the furniture, we felt like a king and queen. Breakfast was awesome, very hot shower and TV in the room for the first time since we've been in Morocco. Abdul gave us excellent advice and even took us to some of the key points in Medina."

"Llegamos al hotel a las 23:00 en un día lluvioso, y nos dijeron que no tenían nuestra reserva, a pesar de mostrársela impresa. Nos dieron como “solución alternativa” hospedarnos en otro Riad a cambio de 50 euros, sin factura ni otra documentación. Dada las horas, aceptamos la estafa y reserve otro Riad al día siguiente. No recomendaría este hotel bajo ningún concepto."

We wasted the whole afternoon waiting for the worker to fix the situation. He promised us that he had a solution, that he would host us in the Letchina Riad, but it wasn’t true.
