"The hotel was very dirty. The carpets needed vacuuming; curtains were torn, floor in breakfast area needed to be scrubbed, and overall, poorly maintained. No elevator, and the room was on the 2nd floor. The so-called breakfast was a joke--NO FRUIT of any kind, and what was offered was very poor quality.
Very disappointing.
I will never stay at this chain's offering again."
"The facility is being renovated. Our bedroom was comfortable and cozy. The breakfast left a lot to be desired so we did not have any.
We enjoyed the comfortable beds and slept well."
"Greeted at the door by two garbage cans collecting water from the ceiling. Room didn’t appear to be cleaned as no towels, toilet paper used, furniture out of place, carpet dirty and worn, box spring not covered and mattress not completely covered. Stairwells were filthy and not vacuumed, ice machine broken on 3rd floor. Unusual musty smell in room and hotel. The couple checking in ahead of us said their room had two partially eaten meals in it. Worst experience we have ever had with Comfort...
"The room was super clean and very comfortable with parking at the door. We had a microwave and mini fridge and comfortable beds. A great place for a good nights sleep while traveling."
"Parking lot was a construction site with Connex and loose construction materials laying about. It took almost 15 minutes in room 212 to get hot water to the shower. That 15 minutes was what I allotted to eat breakfast before I left so I had to skip breakfast. There were 3 vials of bath soaps that were no bigger than a dime around and less than 3/4 of an inch high. The writing was so small. I had to go get my glasses to find out which one was the shampoo. Paper products were the thinnest and...
"Needs to be completely updated, carpets are stained and dirty. Beds show to be old with depressions from over use. Rooms where dark, lighting was old.
They did come in and clean every other day, change out towels.
Old school locks with regular metal keys.
Asked about an ice maker I was pointed to the fridge there personal one. It didnt produce much ice.
Great water pressure warter stayed hot.
Unfortunately I will not be going back."
