"The rooms smell like smoke. I suspect either People still smoke in the rooms or they haven't change the furniture since it was disallowed in France. There were some cigarettes holes in couch. I was there during a terrible heatwave and the hotel had no solution for the heat. Staff wanted to help but had nothing to offer to deal with terrible heat at night. With worsening global warming I suggest not to use this hotel in summer months."

"Het is een door reis hotel prima voor een nachtje bedden waren prima makkelijk inchecken vooraf online inchecken en je krijgt dan al je kamer en code. Locatie direct aan de snelweg erg handig. Het is matig schoon maar goed genoeg."

"I enjoyed my stay overall. The room was clean, and the hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to both train stations, making it convenient for day trips. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. There were, however, a few areas that could be improved. Although we requested housekeeping, our room was not cleaned, and we had to visit reception to ask for fresh towels. The breakfast selection was quite limited, so you may prefer to eat elsewhere if you're looking for more...

"A small hotel in a small space but it has character and we prefer this over other faceless ones. Excellent and quiet location 3 minutes walk from Gare de Lille Flandres and 10 or so from Eurostar. Only a short walk the other way to the centre. Crowded and small breakfast room but all fresh food and good choice. Staff always friendly. Super clean. Highly recommended if you want value above luxury."
