"Its a strange layout with beds upstairs and toilet ans bathroom below. Stairs are very noisy so everytime anyone went to the loo we were all woken up. Bedding was clean but whole thing just felt a bit grubby"

"There were bugs between the sheets and not hygienic to sleep in them, asked for refund and still waiting, horrendous."
