"Staff was very rude, asked for my key to be reprogrammed his wife/coworker had to let out a very audible groan because I asked for something while they were in the office watching a movie. Hallway smelled like sewage the entire time we were there. While we were gone some one was IN our room and wrote on our bathroom mirror “I will watch you sleep” very unsettling especially having 2 BABIES sleeping in our room!!! "
