It is a 7 or 8- minute walk to the hauptbahnhof (from which the OBB operates a train to the airport every 30 minutes), and if you have luggage, you can take the O-tram, which reduces the walk to one block. While not fancy, the hotel provides a basic but comfortable room for sleeping."

"This unit did not have an outside door key, but the telephone entry option is perfect (unless your phone is dead). I think the previous resident lost the outside door key, as 2 other units I have rented contain the outside door key. The buildings are a bit older and dusty, but everything works, and inside the unit everything is clean and modern and sufficient. The value is excellent and I plan to order from Check Vienna on my next trip to Vienna."

The apartment was clean but furniture was basic, stove was missing trays, we only stayed overnight so this was not a big problem and I am sure they would have addressed this the next day as the help line was excellent. The area around the apartment is working class Vienna a playground with in 5min walking distance. "

"Pros: close to public transportation & grocery, has washer (It smelled bad. Like it hasn't been cleaned.), dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and other amenities. They did allow us to drop our luggage off and wait for the apartment to be "cleaned." Had a playpen for toddler. Had a fan for us. (Highest seeing setting doesn't give much air.)
