"The room is big and clean, good breakfast, staffs are helpful and short walking to restaurants and grocery stores, 12 minutes walking to central bus station."
"Very nice accommodation.
Host failed to communicate early check in even when request made & flat ready cleaned.
When contacted, he say it’s already ready long time & when we were sitting on road."
"Very clean and functional apartment. Well equipped with all amenities: Washer, dishwasher, A/C, fully equipped kitchen. Well located next to métro ‘Reumannplatz station’, just 2 stations from central train station of Vienna. Many boutiques, restaurants and supermarket nearby. Check-in was very easy. No key, just code for the main door and the apartment door.
Highly recommended."

"It absolutely awful experience as it is a misleading advertising. It is not spacious apartment but a room in a shared accommodation with the shared facilities (you are booking one of 7 rooms). The hotel is not giving the correct contact information or their staff details. You can only use a what’s up chat with no names or position of the hotel managers. You would not be able to know who you are talking to. You would be able to get any refund and all your complaints will be not addressed. Please...
"The check-in and room key access is completely online which is fine if everything works well.
The property itself is very clean and well set up.
I had trouble unlocking the door which turned out to be my own fault, but it was stressful being stuck in the corridor with no way that I was aware of to get help. An email I sent at the time was answered a few hours later. I ended up waiting in the lobby for someone else to enter the building and they helped me.
I also couldn't access wifi when I...
