It’s very convenient cause close to everything

We are seniors in our 70s and 60s visiting Switzerland for the 1st time. We reserved 1-night stay in Hotel National Bern thru Hotel.com then decided to use Bern as base to do day trips, but at last minute no more room available thru Hotel.com. Loved the look of the hotel room, as well as the location. Was easy to walk downtown and explore on foot to locations I had saved. Definitely would recommend to people. The rooftop was also a nice bonus

Let's start by saying that this is a hostel, so amenities are limited and comfort is just ok. That said, this is an awesome place to stay. We added the meal at night--excellent and parking. Staff was very pleasant and helped us understand how to navigate the stay.

It's a clean and modern hostel in a scenic location. The walk to the train station is around 25-30 minutes, but there are buses.

This hotel is so nice, modern, and new! We absolutely loved it! We arrived pretty late and we were emailed easy instructions on how to enter the building. I highly recommend this hoyel!!

Had a nice stay

The staff was great

Comfortable, clean, good location, good staff

Nice clean place

The room was clean. The mattress was firm. It is spacious by European standards. The breakfast is elaborate, though it was more than we need as we are vegan. They did not have soymilk, which would have been nice. We went hiking and did not have time to use the pool.
