"We thought the experience was fine. The beds/ pillows were very comfortable! The tv worked, shower was great. The breakfast was as expected. The only complaint was the heat/ ac unit in room was loud and clanging at times. We slept thru it . Staff very nice and helpful."

"Overall horrible! Sketchy parking lot, weird guy "watching" the desk and had to yell for someone to help us. Lobby, halls and whole property were filthy. No elevator, so had to walk the length of building to the one stair case, back door to stairs propped open with a rock, so anyone could walk in, halls and stair well so thick with smoke smell our eyes were burning. Dogs barking from several rooms. Room was dirty, floor installed terribly, there was a microwave, but the knob was missing. Haven't...
