"We had to make changes to our reservation and Hotels.com was far from helpful. The gal at Sleep Inn was AMAZING though. She went out of her way to help us. She made a stressful situation so much better. We will stay there every time we visit Pasco because of her. I think her name was Claire. We will let all our friends know as well. The world needs more Claires!!"

"Everything was excellent and very comfortable! It was super quiet and a nice breakfast. There were a few things that needed attention. The mirror frame over the bathroom sink is coming apart. Also the body wash wouldn't come out of the dispenser. Thank you for having us!"
