I’ve stayed in capsule places before and, whilst this capsule was comfortable, these capsules felt quite flimsy and creaky. When the people next to me moved, the whole structure wobbled. Locks are missing from two showers and the hairdryers cut out after only a couple of minutes. For the money I paid, it wasn’t bad but I wouldn’t say it was good value."

"This place was very dirty. Every surface of the hotel was dirty. (Floors, walls, elevators). The place was in disrepair as well. I will say the sheets were clean, TV was large, and walk to hotel were okay.
There is no food/restaurants near by (after 2pm).

"This property was very centrally located within the reach of everything this city had to offer. Staffs were friendly, polite, helpful and ready to solve problems. breakfast was excellent with live kitchen. I enjoyed my stay very much. Will come back."
"Nice clean and tidy room. Little balcony didn’t lookout on anything but an extra space. A/c worked great and was very quiet. Great location airport 25 mins on public transport. Plenty of bars within a short walking distance. Felt like a very safe area. 20 mins walk to old town."
"Perfect location to get to everything central and metro is a 10 min walk, but lovely route with cute shops. Room was very small, but we didn't spend much time in it. Very comfortable bed and AC. Quiet. Great breakfast.
My only suggestion is to update and improve the check in signs to avoid confusion. You can in fact self check in directly at the hotel (you just need the code, which they send in advance). The breakfast time is above the check in kiosk, can easily miss it.

The Lady from the Reception was nice including the other 2 Gentlemen during late night hours.
The Air Conditioning did not worked the first night but it worked the rest of the our two nights stay.
Estacion Del Nord is under construction right now but it is still operating.
It is very convenient from NWT Central Station València Hotel because it is across the street and 6 mins walk to get there.
