"I like the ambience of the hotel. The staff were also very friendly and relatable. However, the idea of paying every bill with a debit card was a turn off. And then, the issue with hot water. This hotel is too good not to have a proper central water heating system. To call for hot water every morning in a bucket took the beauty and elegance of this hotel away for me. They can do better moving forward."
