"Located in a perfect location for exploring Vielha. Hotel is simple, but very clean, helpful staff. No air conditioning, and unfortunately our room (#304) was located right above a night club, so it was tough to keep the window open for air at night due to noise of the club door opening and closing. The windows are great at blocking out noise however. We also picked this lodging because the listing mentioned free parking. The parking is not on premises and is probably 1000meters down the road....
"Totally refurbished and new...bfast superior...employees absolutely proud and keen to serve and help, beyond their requirements. Barthroom refurbished to high standards. As a note, just like Singapore, space is critical and rooms are a bit tight, but that's general in Singapore, HK or mountain places like Vielha, yet plenty of wardrobe space. Thumbs up to Hotel Viella."
"Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse och kan varmt rekommendera detta boende. Personalen var otroligt hjälpsam och vänlig, rummet var rent, fräscht och bekvämt. Byn var dessutom supermysig med en härlig atmosfär. Pricken över i:et var den fantastiska frukosten på den närliggande restaurangen som drivs av hotellägaren – ett perfekt sätt att starta dagen!"

Es la primera vez que en una pernoctación de 130€/noche me he tenido que hacer la cama. Las sábanas estaban encima de la cama y nos dijeron que teníamos que hacerla nosotros. También deshacerla y colocar sábanas y toallas en una bolsa porque si no era penalización de 10€!
Nos faltaba una toalla de ducha, la reclamamos y al día siguiente a las 10am todavía no nos la habían traído.
Solo dejan una toalla de manos y se niegan a...
"We booked this hotel because it had a nice pool and stunning views of the Pyrenees. The day we arrived it was raining and so the outdoor pool was closed and for some reason we were not allowed to use the indoor pool. Despite this, the food was fabulous and the staff very courteous."
