Once inside the room it is as good as any two-star hotel, with plenty of hot water, a mini-fridge, clean towels and bedsheets. There was a minimal free breakfast available--coffee, danish, cereal, and bananas. I only saw one staff person doing the check-in, cleaning the rooms, etc. She was very friendly and helpful.
