"This hotel is a total joke! I had a reservation. I arrived and was intially told that they were "overbooked". I asked where they were going to get me a room at another hotel. I was told they were not going to because it was "not their fault" but a "glitch in their system". My opinion: If it was their system which had a "glitch", then they are responsible for it! "Everything was well taken care of. Bathroom was supplied with good soap. The breakfast was good quality. The setup of the hotel is different, and my kids enjoyed the pool. "

Also we were sold by the large pool on the app, but the pool was too small & it was closed !! Also the breakfast area was too small & the floor was filthy !! "
