"Place is old. Needs major updates. No phone in room. Holes in wall from towel racks. Ironing board broken. This is not a 4 star in my opinion. Maybe a 2 star"

"Fantastic hostel with lively staff and activities"

"!"

"Actually is worth the money if you are on a budget. Very convenient that the light rail is nearby and central station."

"Very good stay on this occassion, so I am glad I had the chance to come back. I was upgraded, once again, and was given a very nice and quiet room. The room is basic, but for the price in such a central location I have absolutely no complaints. Thank you verey much to the entire team."

"今回は運悪くいびきをかく方の真上の席でした"

"At check-in, I was asked to provide my credit card details as a security measure for potential damages. This was a significant inconvenience, especially since I could not find any policy mentioning this requirement on Expedia. I was uncomfortable providing my credit card details and declined. As a result, the staff refused to give me the room key until the issue was resolved. Apart from this unpleasant experience, the rest of the property and the stay were okay."

"Clean room, friendly staff"

"Everything was easy. Very friendly staff. Great location too"
