"We returned to Akomo after a stay the week before. It's very well located for train travelers and a direct and close walk to shops and restaurants and trams. We had left an item behind and it was waiting for us when we returned. The room is basic and it's self-entry but this is reflected in the reasonable price. Ask the owner for a Bern Welcome Card for free local transport. S/he was very responsive to all contacts."

"This was my first "self service" hotel. It was very clean, even though it's next to the tain station, there is virtually no outside noise. There is a small convience store and a really good restaurant close by and a 20 minute train ride into Bern"

"Lesson learned - Don't book a stay with a property that doesn't have a single person on-site or on-call to help. By the time we arrived our check-in email from the Guesthouse still had not arrived in our email inbox. This email is the only way in to your room, as it holds the lockbox code which holds your key. Auch bei Probleme mit der Buchung, hat Kevin mir sofort geholfen und die Probleme gelöst, er ist sehr hilfsbereit und gerecht.
