"Credit card machine didn’t work for days, so was asked to make a wire transfer via the owner’s bank (which requires a heavy fine). Tried to pay cash instead and was yelled at by the owner. Hot water never worked, could feel the springs in the mattress, the restaurant had no options and the breakfasts got smaller each day. "The staff was quick to respond to our requests. The pool was a little odd and didn't seem to be practical. The breakfast was delivered to the room consistently each morning. With a little more TLC, this could be a premier venue."

"You book with Hotel.com and pay in advance. Then the hotel tells you they don’t have those rooms available. So there is extra to pay. Then they say they haven’t received money from Hotels.com so I was asked to pay them. Naturally I refused to pay twice. Eventually they agreed I should just pay the extra.
