"Great location, good breakfast, nice and comfortable apartments."

"Lovely place"

"The hotel is very clean with a good air conditioning. The restaurant on site had good food and everyone was very friendly and helpful."

"my favorite place to stay in kumasi"

"Pool wasn’t usable, dirty sheets and pillow. Overall the place needs renovation."

"Clean environment, courteous staff. We felt safe 24 hr security personnel. Quiet community. We only didn’t have hot water the whole 30 days stay and that was uncomfortable, we didn’t take a shower for once. We had to boil water in a kettle every day between 5 of us wasn’t an easy task at all."

"Good hotel to stay at. Friendly staff."

"I liked everything, they have the best service in Ghana"

"Credit card machine didn’t work for days, so was asked to make a wire transfer via the owner’s bank (which requires a heavy fine). Tried to pay cash instead and was yelled at by the owner. Hot water never worked, could feel the springs in the mattress, the restaurant had no options and the breakfasts got smaller each day. The staff was very friendly, but the owner seemed abrasive and inflexible with payment options (given her method of payment was broken). I’ve never taken time to write a...

"You book with Hotel.com and pay in advance. Then the hotel tells you they don’t have those rooms available. So there is extra to pay. Then they say they haven’t received money from Hotels.com so I was asked to pay them. Naturally I refused to pay twice. Eventually they agreed I should just pay the extra. After wasting a whole morning of trying to sort out this fiasco, I reluctantly paid the extra. The room had a balcony. Unfortunately the door to this had been left open for numerous mosquitos to...

"Very good and neat place for one to stay … security wise is the best place "

"I really enjoyed my 2 night stay. Environment is serene and peaceful. Excellent meals and a good place to rejuvenate after long periods of stress."

"This hotel is horribly run. I reserved 2 nights on Expedia only to get there and the hotel staff to tell me they had no record of my booking. The room had not been cleaned or readied for guests because they were not expecting a guest. I had to call the owner who supposedly lives in Austria, made an international call for that and he was very dismissive of the situation and offered no help. One of the managers actually told me that they were not listed on Expedia and someone else must have...

"Poor arrangements. How can breakfast start at almost 9am????"

"DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!! The owner/manager is a horrible/rude person. I do not know where the miscommunication happened, Expedia or misrepresented by the owner/manager, but the owner/manager was extremely rude while trying to figure out what happened to our reservation. His words...don't bother coming at all...so we did not. Unfortunate because we were really looking forward to our stay. We travel to Ghana frequently and this was the first time ever we had trouble with any stays. BEWARE. "

"Via Expedia 1 nacht geboekt en betaald. Eigenaar zei Expedia niet te kennen en dus moest ik nogmaals betalen. Ik wil geld terug wat ik via Expedia heb betaald. Het is ook een smerig niet onderhouden hotel wat naar mijn mening niet aangeprezen hoort te worden."
