"The entire stay was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at any hotel. The host was very friendly, polite, and extremely helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. 24/7 coffee just made my stay that much more relaxing which was exactly what I needed. The Breakfast bar accommodations for any food variances and is very well thought out and the hosts are very friendly and welcoming. "

"We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from IU . We were pleasantly surprised that we could even book a hotel room 6 weeks before ! The staff ( especially River at the front desk ) were so refreshingly pleasant and gave us gift bags ! We will come back to the hotel again because of the generous staff and clean facilities!!"
