Would’ve been much easier to send information and instructions via the app (Expedia) rather than sending a link with the house manual, which didn’t work multiple times. "Jamie's B&B is the perfect place to stay for a break in Inverness. He is welcoming, relaxed and helpful with plenty of good travel tips. The highlight is the cosy breakfast for all three rooms where you meet your fellow guests round the table and chat. Rooms are comfortable and well stocked and Jamie is a very flexible host. The guide in the rooms says "you're on holiday so do things in your own time" and you're allowed to do that. Would definitely stay again if we revisited Inverness."

"We found the property to be much further from Inverness than we thought. It was difficult to find and my call to the property management company to assist with direction was never returned. It is a nice bungalow with a lovely view in a quiet setting. It was raining and cold, but the radiant heat was set low and it took overnight to be warm enough to be comfortable.
