"Very clean facilities. The hot tub was perfect. The staff was welcoming, I appreciate them all especially the shuttle driver, Juan who gave great advice about site seeing with my kids."

"Segunda vez en esta propiedad me encanta!!"

"The front desk was a disaster. One person working and phones ringing and a line of people trying to check in. The towels were rough. There was no plastic laundry bag for dirty clothes. One Elevator was out of order and had to wait long time for elevator. Hallways had no air conditioning. The body wash dispenser didn’t work. The shower was horrible with no pressure. The only good thing about the free breakfast was the Oikos yogurt. Overall, the place was a dump. I wouldn’t stay there again."

"Me atendieron muy bien. Llegué temprano antes del check in y me guardaron las maletas en lo que me daban cuarto."

"Staff were very helpful. Air conditioning unit would not cool down the room. Could not move thermostat from 75 degrees Fahrenheit."

"Everything about the hotel was excellent except for the wifi was terrible in the room exspecially when we were lying on our bed"

"Very patient friendly staff. My favorite hotel to stay in Fort Lauderdale"
