"Clean comfortable guest house. Note it has a shared bathroom and toilets . Plenty of facilities kettle and tea in room and kitchen. Shared use of full kitchen. It was the days of the heatwave so uncomfortable only because of that. Bed very comfortable clean linen and towels. All guests were very in tune with quiet period 10 pm to 8 am. I was aid for street parking through guest house arrived early and managed to park directly outside."

"Cleanliness"

"Normal a cheap room doubled in price because of concerts. Over a gyros shop, which is has decent food and a discount for residents. Property is in need of redecoration , carpets etc… and can be noisy on the street side with single glazed windows. Shower leaked .. cold water tap loose .. tv remote not working ….a bit uncared for , BUT the bed and bedding was clean and towels ok. For a normal one night stay it’s ok"

"All was perfect."

"Receptionist was so rude on arrival she didn't know about our booking and made me sign a piece of paper with print too small to read before giving us the key to our room. Telling my concerned partner that it was something to do with being added to marketing list for emails. When we paid for our room my partner & I expected to be able to use all the facilities described on your website. However we arrived to find the hotel full of drunken wedding guests. Empty beer bottles were all over the place...

"We loved our stay here! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The entire check in and check out process was very smooth. Was everything we needed for our short stay in Cardiff. Will definitely be back!"

"I'm sure I could have given 5 stars for everything had we been able to stay. Never received check-in information and Stayright couldn't confirm our booking even though I emailed receipts of payment and booking details from Wotif. Said problem had something to do with booking through Wotif. Took 3 hours to reach a solution which in the end was finding us another property to stay in. That part we were extremely grateful for, but the whole process was extremely stressful."

"A nice big room with ample parking. In a quiet location just outside the town. No staff on site but a key lock to each room. Spoke to staff on the phone who were very helpful to check everything was ok. "
