"Friendly staff, property in need of updating but had all we needed, just a place to sleep and have a cuppa at night."

"Great staff, great location!"

"Professional"

"Room was perfect, staff are great, location is central to where ever you want to head to on the coast. "

"It is a lovely location and a good place to stay."

"Despite a band playing I was able to get an early night's sleep. The room was a classic old hotel room, high ceilings, excellent space ,only a bed and bedside table. Locks were modern and secure. No lifts but a lovely old lace railed verderah. On-site parking which freed up once attendees at an afternoon function left. Easy to find by GPS and likewise to access off freeway. Bistro prices not cheap but children's werves reasonable and sufficient. Communal bathrooms adequate but require more...

"Clean room and great atmosphere. I felt very safe and comfortable at this hotel "

"Great location, super clean, great food and awesome pub!!"

"There were no bath towels, only 2 hand towels. The UHT milk had been opened and left half full. The booking was for two beds and there was only a queen bed and a couch. Plus the details for entering didn’t come through until after arrival. Took several phone calls to get into the apartment. Horrible experience."

"Beautiful accommodation and close to shops "

"Great 3 to 4 star hotel. Unfortunately they advertise it as 5 star and charge accordingly. Front desk understaffed snd waited to check in and out, "City views" in a $450 room were of the side of the town hall, windows were filthy, room was small and dominated by a bed with sofa and table an afterthought, no desk or bathtub. Luckily restaurant was well worth it."
