"I'm sorry, but my booking experience with you was very bad. The hotel's address is incorrect. I spent more than an hour and a half searching for the address, and around 12 pm I entered the room. I stayed in the lobby for more than four hours, and I didn't find anyone at reception who spoke English. Everyone at reception kept telling me for three hours that the address was wrong . Even the customer service phone number was not answered. I received the correct address details at 11:30 pm ."

"ตัวโรงแรมหาไม่ยาก แต่อยู่ในที่ๆบรรยากาศไม่ดีเท่าไหร่ ไม่เหมาะกับนักท่องเที่ยวผู้หญิงเพราะย่านนั้นมีผู้ชายเยอะ ราคาประหยัดเหมาะกับนักท่องเที่ยวที่ใช้เวลาในที่พักไม่มากไปเที่ยวแล้วกลับมานอนเพียงแค่นั้น เพราะตัวห้องมีแมลงสาบ และห้องไม่เก็บเสียงมักจะได้ยินเสียงดังรบกวนจากพนักงานหรือห้องอื่นๆ แอร์เสียบ่อย และมักจะทำงานเอง ปรับอุณหภูมิเอง ทำให้หงุดหงิดบ้างหากกลับมาเหนื่อยๆ แต่สำหรับผู้เข้าพักชาย ที่ไม่ต้องการความสะดวกมาก ที่นี่ก็สามารถทำให้คถณหลับสบายได้"

"Séjour horrible! Même si le personnel semblait sympathique, l’état de l’auberge laisse à désirer. La chambre très mal entretenue puait (littéralement) à tel point que j’ai du dormir avec un masque et de l’huile de lavande. État de propreté discutable! J’ai dû demander un drap car seulement une couverture sans doute pas lavée après le passage des clients. Mon avion était dans l’après midi mais j’ai préféré partir le matin pour respirer à l’aéroport! Bref, personnellement, je ne remettrai plus...

"The area is a poor location in a very Islamic area, dirty and unkempt and not pleasant in any way with poor eating facilities anywhere nearby. The hotel was reasonable but would accept Hotel .Com booking and requiring me to pay in cash and telling me to claim a refund from Hotel .Com. Breakfast did not come and my passport was kept until I left the hotel which did not happen at any of the other 6 hotels I stayed at during my 2 weeks in Indonesia."
